These terms govern the use of our platform for operational risk management. They apply to all companies that document safety inspections, risk assessments, and preventive measures through SicherPro.
SicherPro provides a digital environment for recording, assessing, and documenting operational risks. The platform supports safety officers in structuring inspection processes and generating automated reports. It does not replace a legally required risk assessment but complements it with systematic documentation and evaluation functions.
As a user, you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data recorded in SicherPro. Inspection protocols, risk assessments, and action plans must reflect the actual conditions in your company. The platform stores entries in an audit-proof manner but does not replace professional review by qualified personnel.
SicherPro does not constitute legal advice and provides no guarantee regarding the legal effectiveness of individual measures. Compliance with Austrian occupational health and safety regulations is the responsibility of the respective company. We are not liable for damages arising from the inadequate implementation of preventive measures, unless such damages result from our gross negligence.
The reports generated by SicherPro are based exclusively on the data you enter. Automated evaluations serve to support decision-making and do not replace individual professional assessment. Please note that reports may vary in detail depending on the configuration and should be reviewed before being shared with third parties.
The use of SicherPro is based on a separate contractual relationship. Unless otherwise agreed, usage may be terminated with one month's notice to the end of a quarter. After termination of use, you will receive your data in a common format for your own archiving. We delete stored content after statutory retention periods expire.
We reserve the right to adjust these terms if legal requirements or the scope of platform features change. We will notify you of material changes in a timely manner via email to the address on file.
