The platform consolidates inspection documentation, risk assessment, and action tracking in one system. Each module is designed for everyday operational use and delivers directly usable results.
Record safety inspections on-site using structured checklists. Reports are automatically versioned and can be retrieved at any time with audit-proof reliability.
Less paperwork, complete documentationClassify hazards by likelihood of occurrence and severity. The matrix automatically calculates the risk score and suggests priorities for actions.
Clear priorities instead of gut feelingAssign preventive measures to responsible persons and monitor deadlines centrally. Reminders and status overviews keep the implementation process moving.
Never lose sight of open items againGenerate monthly or quarterly safety reports at the push of a button. The summaries show key figures, open actions, and trends at a glance.
Ready-made documents for management & auditsKeep track of statutory inspection deadlines and internal requirements. The system alerts you to upcoming dates and documents compliance in a traceable manner.
Legal certainty through systematic deadlinesPrecise definitions and binding terms for the use of our platform – without room for interpretation.
All safety-relevant control rounds, machine inspections, training sessions, and risk assessments are recorded. The platform maps the entire inspection cycle – from planning through execution to approval. Each inspection receives a timestamp and a unique identifier so you can always trace who inspected what and when.
Classification is carried out using a standardized risk matrix with the axes probability of occurrence and extent of damage. Each hazard is assigned to one of five levels – from negligible to critical. The matrix is based on Austrian occupational health and safety regulations and can be adapted to industry-specific requirements.
Access is controlled through role-based permissions. Safety officers, department managers, and management each receive only the data relevant to their tasks. All access is logged. External auditors can be granted time-limited read access if needed, without internal data being exposed unprotected.
Inspection logs and risk assessments are stored in accordance with the statutory retention periods for occupational safety documents. By default, the storage period is ten years. After the period expires, the data is automatically anonymized. You can initiate the deletion of individual records at any time via the platform, provided there is no legal obligation to retain them.
All measures that eliminate a hazard or reduce it to a level below the risk threshold are considered preventive. This includes technical protective devices, organizational instructions, personal protective equipment, and regular training sessions. The platform distinguishes between immediate measures and long-term prevention plans that are reviewed at defined intervals.
How safety officers work with our systems – and what has changed as a result.
Introducing digital safety management is not an end in itself. What matters is whether the documentation holds up in everyday use and whether inspections actually lead to fewer hazards. The following voices show what really counts in implementation.
In the past, we collected inspection reports in folders that no one ever looked at again. Now we can see at a glance which machine shows a recurring deviation. The automatic report generation saves us about two working days per quarter – time we can invest in fixing the issues.
Sabine OrtnerThe risk matrix has changed our meetings. Instead of discussing individual cases, we now prioritize based on likelihood and severity. That sounds trivial, but it has made our action planning much more structured. Documentation for the authorities has also become easier.
Jennifer HallerAt first, we only used the platform for legally required inspections. In the meantime, we also document internal walkthroughs and near-miss events with it. The evaluations reveal patterns that previously went unnoticed. The system is not an extra burden – it replaces our old spreadsheets.
Robert KlugWhat convinced me is traceability. Every measure has an owner, a deadline, and a status. If something hasn't been implemented, we see it immediately. Employees accept this because the feedback ties directly into the risk assessment – not into an abstract checklist.
Prof. Josef Glaser MBA.Switching to digital inspection reports was a win for our construction sites. Colleagues record deviations directly on site, and the reports are generated automatically. We have fewer follow-up questions and much more reliable documentation for the handover to the operator.
